About me

In more than 10 years of technically oriented professions in private enterprises, both manufacturing industry and service provider, I have held several positions. The main activities were:

• Technical Manager of a production site covering product development, laboratory, design and technical sales
• Executive Manager of a service department including accordant profit responsibility

Furthermore, I was operating as auditor, as head of a Notified Body (according to Product Safety Act), as project manager, as cross-company, international acting development manager for multiple product segments, as expert in several national and international committees and much more.

Since July 2017, I am professor at the Hochschule Ruhr West (university of applied sciences) in Mülheim (near Düsseldorf and Cologne). There I am working on research topics which are related to Industrial Service Management.
